Hydra Pools, Inc. entered the inground swimming pool business in 1984.  Began as a manufacturer of polymer pool products and braces.  The following year they began manufacturing their own pool liners.  At that time, they occupied a small office space apart from the manufacturing facilities, but because growth has been steady over the past 18 years, Hydra Pools is now housed in a 120,000 square foot dedicated facility with state-of-the-art equipment for designing and manufacturing their superior products.

In 1998, Hydra Pools increased its molding capacities by 50%, from 172,800 panels per year to 259,200.  Liner production capabilities has also increased and now stands at 150 per day.  Hydra Pools is well positioned to serve the industry with quality products and timely delivery.

In 1989, Hydra purchased the rights to the Aqua Genie Pool Maintenance System.  This system dramatically reduces the time and effort needed to maintain a pool properly.  And it follows Hydra’s approach to providing totally engineered pool systems.  In 1996, Hydra went on to purchase a line of steps that provides the exclusive cozy corner step, sold under the Sweetwater name.  These steps add unique beauty to any pool.

INCLUDED: Acrylic Steps (made in the USA)

The acrylic non-skid surface is reinforced with hand laid, 100% pure fiberglass.  They are 100% non-corrosive, easy to clean, acrylic finished fiberglass steps that are extremely strong and impervious to the elements.

By utilizing the standard direct support system, the acrylic surface fiberglass steps install quickly and precisely.  Time tested, proven gasket system assures an exact fit and permanent bond every time.

INCLUDED: Aluminum Liner Retainer System (made in the USA)

This system is ideal for overhanging brickwork, paving stones or mortex cantilever forms.  Will fold your beaded swimming pool liner in place and is very easy to attach to your Hydra Pool panels.  This is included in the Inground Steel Pool Kit.

INCLUDED: Long-Lasting, Quality Liner (made in the USA)

Hydra Pools has a long history of making quality, long-lasting swimming pool liners that are beautifully designed, right here in the USA!

Pool liners come in a variety of thicknesses ranging gtom 20ml to 30ml.  We even have a couple of 36mil liners that are pet friendly!

Basically, the thicker the liner, the more they can withstand damage without leaking and will likely require fewer patches and repairs in its lifetime.

All Hydra liners come with a 20 year prorated warranty!

ADD ON OPTION: Bullnose Coping System 

Bullnose coping is the most popular style of coping used in vinyl liner pools.  It allows you to pour concrete all the way up to the edge of your swimming pool, giving you a great finish.  Made from the finest extruded aluminum, our bullnose coping comes in a non-slip, textured, white, electro-static paint.  Available in rimlock and caplock. 

Comes with matching lock-on clips and our exclusive caplock design encapsulates the entire top surface of the wall panels for precise alignment and stability.  The coping does not need to be removed to replace your pool liner.

ADD ON OPTION: Mortex Concrete Cantilever Forms

Cantilever forms are designed and engineered with style and performance in mind.  Mortex forms the perimeter of the swimming pool and services as the form for poured concrete decking.  Thus giving you a cantilevel look! 

Other options to finish your pool are bricks, stepping stones or a wooden deck.
